Signs Your Child Needs Targeted GCSE Maths Support

If two or more of these are true, a structured 6–20 week programme can make the difference between a 4–5 and a 7–9.

📉

Past Papers Expose Big Gaps

They lose whole pages of marks on the same topics again and again, without a clear plan to fix them.

🧩

They “Get It” In Class, Not In Exams

They follow in lessons, but when they sit alone with a paper, the methods disappear and confidence crashes.

📝

Revision Feels Random

They jump between topics and online “tips” with no structure, so revision time grows but results do not.

The Framework

How We Move Your Child Up A Grade

A simple 3‑step plan built around your child’s current grade, weak topics, and exam board – so every lesson turns into real marks.

1

Diagnose

We start with a full GCSE‑style diagnostic to find the exact topics, habits, and exam skills costing marks right now.

2

Close Gaps

We rebuild the foundations with clear teaching, worked examples, and targeted practice on those specific gaps.

3

Exam Reps

We drill real past papers under timed conditions, refine exam technique, and track grades so they walk in confident.

Performance Guarantee

Our Grade-Jump Promise

FAQs

Is this only for Year 11 GCSE Maths?
The main programmes are designed for GCSE students in Year 10–11. We also support strong Year 9 students preparing early and resit students who need to pass this year.
What if we miss a session?
All sessions are recorded, and your child gets access to the replay plus any resources from that lesson. For 1‑to‑1 students, we’ll reschedule where possible if you give notice.
What happens on the consultation?
On the consultation we: Review your child’s current grade, target grade, and recent mocks. Identify their biggest topic gaps and confidence issues. Recommend the best programme (or advise if we’re not the right fit). You can then decide whether to join. There is no obligation.
Can this help after poor mock results?
Yes. Poor mocks are often the best starting point. We use those papers to see exactly where marks are being lost, then build the teaching plan around closing those gaps quickly with focused lessons and past‑paper practice.
Are grades guaranteed?
We can’t ethically promise a specific exam grade, because effort and attendance matter. What we do guarantee is this: if your child completes the programme as agreed and doesn’t improve by the promised amount, we keep teaching them for free until they do. That shifts most of the risk from you to us.
